I have been having one of those days. Just feeling crumby. I just ran the boys to school and came home and realized they had cleaned out their backpacks all over my floor before we left. Luckily I started going through all the papers and found this...

I need that today! I love being a mom and I love my kids!

Lukey...

This is our big bubba! We love him! Today we went to the doctor for his 15 month check up. Shockingly he has lost weight from 2 weeks ago and he still weighed in at 26 lbs 4 oz which is the 73rd percentile. He is in the 91st percentile for his height. As I said, he is our BIG boy!

He also had to have a consult with an ENT today. He has had a horrible time with his ears and recently burst his eardrum. Being the chill baby he is, it didn't even bother him. I only took him in because there was pus coming out his ear (gross I know). My pediatrician is worried about his hearing so he will be getting tubes in a couple of weeks. Is it weird that I am excited?!? I am hoping it will help reduce the number of trips we have to take to the doctor. Wish us luck!

Luke is kind of a stubborn boy. He has finally started taking steps but only when he wants to, mostly at night. He definitely prefers crawling over walking any day. I was starting to get a little nervous but my doctor says he is developing fine so he is not worried. I am hoping he will walk someday soon because he is way too heavy for me to carry around much longer!He is just always that happy!

Itty Bitty Ball

We LOVE the Lehi Legacy Center and are jealous we don't live closer to it. The boys went to preschool last year and it was great! They have the best pool ever and great workout facilities. Best of all, they do Itty Bitty Ball for all different sports. This fall we did football and this month we did basketball. The boys love it especially because their cousin Austin does it with them. I am too cheap to pay for the pictures they take but Renee took this one for keepsake!

Christmas Eve

As always we had a wonderful Christmas Eve! We had a fabulous dinner at my parent's house and enjoyed the short program we had that helped put us in the Christmas spirit and remind us what we are truly celebrating! Then we tried to have all the great grandkids pose with my grandparents. They actually did pretty well!Then we had a visit from the "BIG MAN"! This is the first year Brady and Easton aren't terrified of Santa. It is so much more fun this way!Luke on the other hand was completely petrified to the point he was shaking every time Santa came near him. Brady and Easton got to spend some good quality time with their cousins who they love!That night we opened our traditional Christmas Eve Pajamas! Always an exciting time! (Don't mind the left over dessert on Easton's face)All the cousins!The boys!Our family!The guys...and dollsThen my Dad played Santa and gave all the kids their presents! The boys got a Leapster which they LOVE!All the kids got Sing-A-Ma-Jigs which aren't annoying at all :) We had a great night and the kids were spoiled. After the festivities were over we headed home. It was the first time we have ever slept at our own house on Christmas Eve!

I didn't get Christmas cards out this year so here it is! We have so much to be thankful for, especially all our wonderful friends and family! We are also grateful at this time for the birth of our Savior Jesus Christ. We hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
