Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes

Our lives have been crazy this year. We have had so many exciting changes and have felt so blessed through it all. To add to the craziness, after 4 years as a medical transcriptionist for IHC, we have decided it would be best for our family if I stay home full-time with our kids. As crazy as it sounds, it is bitter sweet for me. I have worked in the medical field since I graduated from high school and have genuinely enjoyed it. I have loved being able to work from home these past few years and help support my family while Ryan was in school. It has been a great "mom job" which is exactly what I was looking for. It will be nice not to have to be up until 2 a.m. or jump on the computer every time my kids are asleep or napping. I am excited to be able to spend more time with Ryan in the evenings and have a little more down time. I am grateful for the skill I have and may go back someday but for now I am going to enjoy being a mom, wife, and homemaker!

I'm so happy for you!! It was bittersweet for me too leaving, but you will feel liberated having every evening and weekend to yourself and the fam!!! Good luck with the transition! :)

Wow, Sarah I can't believe you did all that while you were a full time mom! Very impressive. I hope you are able to enjoy your time with your kids and MAYBE get a break during naps every now and again.

I'm doing the "work during every minute my child is napping" thing also. It is great to be able to help out and do it from home, but it would also be nice just to focus on the kids :)

Way to go Sarah, you deserve it!

Yay for not working. I bet that is so nice to be done with that, at least for now :) You have your hands full enough with 3 boys!! Call me, I want to come see you

We will miss you! Let me know how the transition goes, thinking of making that change myself when our baby comes. Have fun not having to work during nap times. :)
