Hill Grandkids

I forgot to put this on my blog. Over Christmas all of my siblings were in town with their kids. It was so fun to all be together and let the kids play! My mom attempted to get a picture of all the grandkids. They did pretty well considering. Aren't they all so cute?!?!

McGiven Family

Last week Ryan's sweet Grandma Bradshaw passed away. She was such a neat lady. I never saw her wear anything but a dress and she always had her hair done and looked beautiful! All of Ryan's siblings were able to come to Utah for the funeral. It was so much fun to see everyone and spend a little bit of time together. My mom came to the funeral and snapped a few pictures of Ryan's family afterward. I thought they turned out cute! Here they are, Gary and Sue with all 8 of their children. Ryan is the baby of this bunch and isn't he CUTE!

The many faces of Luke...

Oh how I love this boy! I could not ask for a better baby! He has brought so much happiness to our home and I love every minute of being his mom!

Becoming Individuals...

Today is a sad day. Today my boys decided to be individuals. I usually let them pick between a few shirts when I am getting them dressed and they always agree on the same one. They even fight me if I try to put them in different colors of the same shirt. Today was different. When I gave them their options Easton wanted the "fireman shirt" and Brady wanted the "bowling shirt". The shirts are completely different. I was sad. I tried and tried to get them to agree on the same shirt but they both threw a fit and in the end they won. I almost cried. I think this is the first day I have ever taken my kids in public wearing different shirts. I know this sounds so dumb but I am not ready to stop dressing them alike. I love it! It is one of the best parts of having twins. I guess it is a good thing because they are starting to think for themselves but I am a sad lady. Maybe tomorrow they will agree on a shirt but for today for the first time ever they look different.

Christmas Day!

I only have a few pictures from Christmas Day so this will be quick. We decided last minute to sleep at my parent's house. It is always fun to be with my siblings on Christmas morning.

When Brady and Easton walked up the stairs they saw their big horse and were so excited! Easton jumped on and started riding it! We gave them their first present and they were so disappointed. Easton said, "Mom I want my SPIDER!" That was all he cared about. We let him open his spider and Brady opened his car...they were thrilled! Easton wanted to play with the spider but did not want to touch it. Now he has warmed up to it and plays with it all the time. They got bikes from Grandma and Grandpa McGiven. They need to learn how to ride them but they loved them!My parents gave them a kitchen and shopping carts. Ryan was a little unsure of it at first because it is not very "manly" but they love them and he has warmed up to the idea. For some reason my mom didn't take a picture of them opening her present to them...funny! Anyway, we had a wonderful Christmas spent with our families! The boys were at such a fun age this year and loved it!

Christmas Eve

I am so behind on my blog that is almost too overwhelming to even try and catch up. The problem is that my camera is dead and I cannot find my charger anywhere. I don't want to buy a new camera right now so the only pictures I have are the ones my mom takes. I am going to do a few very random and old posts for a bit to try and get everything documented.

On Christmas Eve we went with the McGiven's to the nursing home Ryan's grandma is in to sing her Christmas carols. She was so sweet and it was fun to be able to do that for her. After that we headed over to Ryan's aunt's house to eat and let the kids play. Easton was having so much fun he wet his pants which cut our visit there short.

That night we went to my parent's house. We got there just in time to open jammies with the Holland family. Renee and I got all the boys matching PJ's and they thought it was so cool. They were marching around the house chanting and yelling. It was so fun!My dad read The Night Before Christmas.Easton loves Abbey!Kylee is a great cousin! We love our Papa!My sweet boys! The triplets!Putting out cookies and milk for Santa before bed!Playing Santa! It was a fun night! Thanks to my family who helped us play Santa! It was a wonderful Christmas Eve!
