Modern Day Conveniences and My Job!

I am so grateful for modern day conveniences especially my wash machine, dishwasher, cell phone, digital camera, TIVO, the internet, etc. These things are so wonderful and make life so much easier. I am especially thankful for the internet because of e-mail, blogs, online shopping, etc but most importantly because it has enabled me to work from home. I really need a job considering that I have a husband in school, 2 babies and a shopping habit :) Working from home is a wonderful blessing in my life and I have been lucky to have a job that enables me to be home with my kids (as much as I want to quit some days). We are so lucky to be living with all the new technology that is constantly improving!

I'm so jelous of all those things you have.... I have to go to a laundry mat to do laundry, I do my own dishes (no dishwasher), I wish I had tivo. You should be grateful for all those things. You lucky girl. Maybe someday I will be lucky enough to have those great things :)

I totally agree about technology. I'm so thankful for the internet and the blogging. I feel so much more connected to our family. I used to feel like I was missing out so much by living away from home. This is the next best thing to actually being with the family. I love the pictures of the park.

I am totally with you on the modern day stuff. I don't know what I would do without them.

Most days I am completely ungrateful for my job, but there are days when I am SOOOO grateful for it.

I, too, am thankful for Google, LOVE IT! Also, being in school, I am grateful for Wikipedia.

Sarah, I have often wished I'd studied a field that would enable me to work from home. I've been lucky, but I can see what an enormous blessing that is. Technology is wonderful isn't it? I love your gratitude posts, its a great reminder to count our blessings.
