The day started at 7:00 a.m. when I had to start working. For my job we always have to have someone typing so we rotate through the holidays. I personally think I have the worst holiday schedule ever this year...4th of July, Labor Day and Christmas Morning!
Anyway, I had to be working from 7:00-3:30. You would think no big deal since Ryan is home today. Wrong! Ryan got food posioning (I won't tell you where from just in case you like it) and has been deathly ill the last 2 days. The problem is I had to work this shift. This morning he just put on Baby Einstein and the boys played and were good. They went down for their morning nap and Ryan slept but when they woke up he was so weak he could hardly stand up. I have seriously never seen him this sick.

Being the good wife that I am I decided that I would just put the kids upstairs with me and lock them in the bedroom and let them play while I worked. Easton was kind of fussing and I was being a great mom and kind of ignoring him. I would type for a minute and then turn around to check on them. Well at one point I checked on them, typed for a minute and when I turned around again Easton was gone. My first thought was the stairs but I had shut the door so I knew he did not fall down the stairs. Then I thought my bathroom because they love our tile floor and always find it. I checked but he was not in there. I could hear him but I could not see him. Well, after a minute I figured it out. The little stinker had rolled under our bed.
I finally brought them down to Ryan and said I had to finish without them so he watched them for the last little bit. After I was done they went down for their afternoon nap and I got to cleaning. My mom and dad are coming tomorrow to help Geoff and Aleena move and are staying with us. I cleaned until they kids woke up and then I played with them and tried to relax.

I made them some macaroni and cheese for dinner and Brady grabbed the spoon twice and got macaroni in his eye and in his hair. (I couldn't find my camera at the moment) If you look close in the picture his eye is kind of red still.
It has been a long day and I am not going to lie, I am glad it is over. I am praying that when we wake up Ryan is feeling better. So there you go, that is how we spent our Labor Day. How did you spend yours? Hopefully it was a bit more exciting than mine!

I don't know how you do it. I always think how crazy it would be to have one but I can't imagine two. I hope you are liking Vegas.
How nice of you to celebrate labor day by doing hard physical labor all day. Hope Ryan is feeling better!

I am sorry your day was so stinky...hope ryan is feeling better. Also...will you email me the instructions on how to change the background? My email is Lyman_54@hotmail.com. THANKS!
You are too cute Sarah! I love seeing all the pictures. How are you surviving all the company!??? I am sure you are loving every minute of it. Glad that Ryan is feeling better...please come this weekend!
Sarah! You are so amazing. I can't believe you can even handle those twins let alone work! Crazy! My labor day consisted of doing all sorts of fun things while Derek sat at home and applied for jobs. He's so dull, but I do want a job so I let him do it!
